Meet Kyle Foster – Founder of Transcend Performance

 

In December 2011, I underwent a life-changing kidney transplant. Nearly four years later, I pushed my limits and reached the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro, proving to myself that resilience and determination can take you anywhere.

 

As a passionate athlete, I play for the Transplant Wales Football Team and had the honor of competing in the first-ever Transplant World Cup in 2024. Since the challenges of COVID, I have dedicated my time to studying and building a career in health and performance. 

 

I enrolled in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Massage Therapy courses to not only improve my own life but to help others achieve their best. Having completed my Level 3 qualifications, I am now advancing to Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy to deepen my expertise.

 

My mission is to help you recover, train smarter, and build lifelong strength.
